Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Laravel website, app and charging network. Using any of them means you accept these terms.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend an account that is used fraudulently, that damages equipment, or that repeatedly breaches these terms.

Using a charging station

• Follow the instructions on the unit and any signage at the site.
• Do not use a charger you can see is damaged. Report it instead — reporting is free and fast.
• Move your vehicle once the session ends. Where an idle fee applies it is displayed before you start.
• Do not unplug another vehicle, and do not modify or tamper with our equipment.
• You are responsible for your vehicle's compatibility with the connector you select.

Pricing and payment

You are billed for energy delivered, at the tariff shown on the station page before the session starts, plus tax at the applicable rate. Payment is due when the session closes. A GST invoice is issued automatically on every successful payment. Tariffs can change; the rate that applies is the one displayed when you start.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Availability

We work hard on uptime but we do not guarantee that a specific station will be available at a specific time. Live availability is shown before you travel, and the station finder lists alternatives sorted by distance.

Liability

We are responsible for damage caused by our own negligence or faulty equipment. We are not responsible for losses arising from a vehicle fault, from misuse of the equipment, or for indirect losses such as missed appointments. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual property

The Laravel name, logo, software and site content belong to us. Vehicle manufacturer names appear for connector-compatibility reference only and remain the property of their owners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
