1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or using ChargeOON products and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Products & Quotations

Product specifications and prices shown on the website are indicative and subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed in written quotations, which remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed on receipt of advance payment as per the quotation. Balance payment terms are specified in the invoice. Title to goods passes on full payment.

4. Installation

Installation timelines are estimates and depend on site readiness and electrical infrastructure. Any civil or electrical upgrade work outside the standard installation scope is chargeable separately and quoted in advance.

5. Warranty

Chargers carry the warranty period stated on their product page, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Warranty excludes damage from improper use, unauthorized repairs, power surges beyond rated limits and force majeure events.

6. Charging Network Usage

Use of ChargeOON public charging stations is governed by the tariffs and rules displayed in the app. Users are responsible for connecting and disconnecting vehicles safely and following station instructions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChargeOON's liability is limited to the value of the product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — logos, text, graphics and software — belongs to ChargeOON and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered office location have exclusive jurisdiction.
