Home and business AC chargers carry a 3-year comprehensive warranty. DC fast chargers carry 2 years, extendable to 5 with an AMC. Warranty covers parts, labour and remote diagnostics.

Installation starts with a free site survey to check your electrical capacity. Our certified engineers then install a dedicated circuit, mount the charger, and test everything thoroughly. A typical home installation completes in 4–6 hours. Commercial installations vary by site.

Usually not for a 7.4 kW charger if your sanctioned load is 5 kW or above. Our site survey checks this. If an upgrade is needed, we guide you through the application with your electricity provider.

Download the ChargerONN app, and the map shows all nearby stations with live availability. Navigate to a station, scan the QR code on the charger, and charging starts. Payment is automatic through your in-app wallet or saved cards.

Yes. All ChargerONN smart chargers connect to the app via Wi-Fi. You can start/stop charging, schedule sessions for off-peak hours, track energy usage and costs, and receive notifications when charging completes.

Public charging is billed per kWh consumed, with rates shown upfront in the app before you start. Your wallet or saved payment method is charged automatically when the session ends, and a GST invoice is emailed instantly.
