Frequently asked questions
Charging, payments, vehicles, stations, partnerships, fleet accounts and the app — grouped so you can skim.
Charging
Open the station page, pick a free connector and tap Start charging. You can also scan the QR code printed on the charger. The session opens in a few seconds and you can watch the energy, cost and estimated finish time update live.
On a 180 kW ultra-fast bay most modern cars go from 20% to 80% in 18 to 25 minutes. A 60 kW fast bay takes about 45 minutes for the same window, and a 7.4 kW AC box is an overnight charge. The station page lists the output of every bay.
Yes. Tap Stop charging in the app or on the dashboard at any point. You are billed only for the energy actually delivered, and the connector is released immediately for the next driver.
The session closes automatically and you are billed only for what was delivered. If a fault caused it, raise a support ticket from the session page — refunds for failed sessions are processed within three working days.
No for DC bays — CCS2 and CHAdeMO cables are attached to the unit. AC Type 2 bays at some destination sites are socket-only, which is marked clearly on the station page.
Payments
Per unit of energy delivered, at the tariff shown on the station page before you start. Tax is added at the applicable rate and the full breakup appears on your invoice.
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and the in-app wallet. Fleet accounts can be moved to monthly invoicing instead.
After the session closes. The exact amount is calculated from the energy delivered, then you settle it from the session page or your dashboard.
Every successful payment generates a GST invoice automatically. Find them all under Invoices in your dashboard, or open the session and download it there.
Yes. If money left your account but the session was not billed, it is auto-reversed by the gateway within five to seven working days. Raise a ticket with the transaction reference if it takes longer.
Vehicles
Any EV sold in India. We carry CCS2, CHAdeMO, Type 2 AC, GB/T and both Bharat standards, which together cover every mainstream car, and 3-pin bays for scooters.
Once we know your connector type and battery size, station results are filtered to bays that actually fit your car, and the live session screen can estimate your state of charge and finish time.
Yes, add as many as you like and mark one as primary. Each session records which vehicle was charged, so your history and cost reporting stay accurate.
Many sites include a dedicated two-wheeler canopy with 3-pin and light AC points. Filter by the 3-Pin 15A connector on the station finder to see them.
Stations
Connector status updates as sessions start and stop, so the map reflects what the hardware is doing rather than a nightly snapshot.
Reservations are live at selected hub sites and rolling out across the network. Where it is available, the station page shows a Reserve option alongside Start charging.
Most sites run 24x7. Those inside malls or offices follow the building hours, which are listed on each station page.
It is offline for scheduled work and will not accept sessions. The station finder shows the nearest working alternatives, sorted by distance.
Partnerships
Under the revenue-share model, nothing. We fund the hardware, installation and operations; you provide the parking bay and the power connection, and receive a share of every unit sold.
A two-bay DC site needs roughly 400 sq ft of parking and a 100 kVA sanctioned load. AC destination bays need far less — often just an existing connection with spare headroom.
Three to five weeks from signed agreement, assuming the power sanction is already in place. Load enhancement from the discom can add two to four weeks.
Yes. Under the ownership model you buy the hardware and set your own tariff, and we operate the site — software, payments, support and maintenance — for a service fee.
Fleet
Fleet accounts get contracted per-unit rates, consolidated monthly invoicing and per-vehicle cost allocation instead of paying session by session.
Yes, that is the most common setup. We survey the site, size the installation to your sanctioned load and schedule charging overnight to avoid demand charges.
No. Vehicles are authenticated by RFID or registration number, so any driver can start a session and the cost still lands against the right vehicle.
A fleet dashboard with utilisation, energy per vehicle, cost per kilometre and downtime, exportable to CSV for your finance team.
App and account
No. Everything works from the website — find a station, start a session, watch it live and pay. The app adds route planning and push notifications.
Use Forgot password on the login screen. A reset link valid for 60 minutes is emailed to you.
Update it under Profile in your dashboard. Sessions and invoices already raised keep their original details.
Raise a support ticket and we close it within seven working days. Invoices are retained for the period tax law requires.
