Delete Your Account

Last updated 08 September 2026

This page explains how to delete your Laravel account and what happens to your data when you do. It applies to the Laravel mobile app and to this website, both operated by Laravel.

Request deletion from your account

  1. Sign in to Laravel on the app or this website.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Under Close your account, tap Contact support.
  4. Raise a ticket with the subject Delete my account. We verify the request against your signed-in account and close it within seven working days, confirming by email when it is done.

Request deletion without signing in

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email support@chargeoon.in from the address registered on your account with the subject Delete my account. Include your registered phone number so we can verify the request. We act on verified requests within seven working days and confirm by email once the account is closed.

You can also call us on 1800 209 0909 and we will take the request over the phone after verifying your identity.

What gets deleted

  • Account details — your name, email address, phone number, city and password.
  • Vehicle details — every vehicle saved to your garage.
  • Saved stations — your favourites and charging preferences.
  • Support history — your tickets and their messages.
  • Notifications — everything queued or delivered to your account.
  • Payment instruments — any saved payment method reference held on our side. Full card numbers are never stored by us; they sit with the payment gateway and are removed under its own policy.

Deleted data is removed from our live systems immediately and purged from encrypted backups within 30 days.

What we have to keep

  • Tax invoices and their charging session records — retained for eight years, as Indian tax law requires. These are kept as financial records and are no longer linked to a usable account.
  • Payment and refund records — retained for the same period for audit and dispute resolution.
  • Server logs — IP address and device type, rotated out within 90 days.

We keep nothing beyond what the law obliges us to retain, and none of it is used for marketing after your account is closed.

Before you delete

Closing your account is permanent — it cannot be undone, and a new account will not restore your history. Finish or stop any charging session in progress and settle any outstanding invoice first; an unpaid balance stays payable after the account is closed. Download the invoices you need from your dashboard before you go.
