Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Laravel collects when you use our charging network, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website, the app and every charging session on our network.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, phone number and city, so we can identify your sessions and send you invoices.
• Vehicle details — make, model, battery size and connector type, used to match you to bays that physically fit your car.
• Charging records — which station and connector you used, when, how much energy was delivered and what it cost.
• Payment records — the amount, method and gateway reference. We never store your full card number; that stays with the payment gateway.
• Location — only when you tap "use my location" on the station finder, and only for that search. We do not track your location in the background.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, kept in server logs for security and troubleshooting.

Why we collect it

To operate charging sessions and bill them accurately, to issue tax invoices as the law requires, to support you when something goes wrong, to keep the network secure, and to understand where to build next. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Payment gateways, to process your payment. Site hosts, where a station sits on a partner property and settlement requires energy figures — shared as aggregate volumes, not identified sessions. Government authorities, where we are legally required to. Nobody else.

How long we keep it

Invoices and their underlying session records are retained for the period Indian tax law requires. Account data is kept while your account is open. Server logs are rotated within 90 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct or export your data from your dashboard, or ask us to delete your account. Raise a support ticket or email support@chargeoon.in and we will act within seven working days, keeping only the records tax law obliges us to retain.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a CSRF token cookie to protect forms. Both are essential — the site does not work without them. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will tell you by email before the change takes effect.
